Asset Management Services

The Asset Management Services Division is responsible for administering and managing IPB University’s assets by providing accurate, reliable, timely, and accountable administrative services. These services include maintaining comprehensive asset inventories and data in accordance with the established guidelines and regulatory requirements, to ensure effective and efficient management across IPB University.

Duties and Functions (Services) :

• Management of the utilization and use of assets such as land, buildings, and other facilities.
• Asset Security Services. Safeguarding land and building assets through boundary markers, fencing, and official signage to ensure asset protection and legal clarity.
• Determination of Usage Status for University-Owned Assets (BMI) Administration and verification of the usage status for assets such as buildings, vehicles, and other operational facilities.
• Data Recording and Coordination of Facilities and Infrastructure. Managing and coordinating records of facilities and infrastructure acquired through grants, partnerships, or IPB procurement.
• Management and Security of Legal Asset Document. Handling and safeguarding legitimate documents for both State-Owned Assets (BMN) and IPB-Owned Assets (BMI), including land certificates, building permits (IMB), and vehicle registration documents (BPKB).
• Building and Infrastructure Licensing Coordination Services. Coordinating the processing of required permits and documents related to building and infrastructure development, such as master plans, site plans, building height permits, and IMB
