The following diverse forms of support are designed to strengthen educational capacity, support the implementation of excellent research, and accelerate the downstreaming and commercialization of IPB’s innovations. Furthermore, these collaborations also provide a platform for partners to contribute to the development of academic facilities and infrastructure, talent development, and the strengthening of socio-economic impact based on science and technology.

GRANT

The provision of funds, goods, or services to support research, technology development, education, or other academic activities, in accordance with the donor’s objectives.

SPONSORSHIP

Financial or material support from industry or organizations to the university for specific activities, such as seminars, conferences, or research programs.

ENDOWMENT FUND

An eternal fund managed by IPB to support various activities, such as scholarships, research, or facility development.

WAQAF

(Endowment/Pious Endowment) The provision of assets by individuals or institutions to the university for long-term interests, such as facility construction, program funding, or research development.

COMMERCIALIZATION OF IPB INNOVATION

Collaboration with industry to commercialize research results, such as patents, technologies, or innovative products

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

This collaboration involves a partnership between the university and industry to create or develop joint business units, whether in the form of technology-based start-ups, innovation centers, or other ventures
