01. Pengajuan Surat
Pihak mitra/unit internal mengajukan surat resmi permohonan kerja sama kepada institusi (rektor@apps.ipb.ac.id cc kerjasama@apps.ipb.ac.id).
Surat diterima oleh unit pengelola kerja sama.

02. Disposisi Rektor
Surat permohonan diteruskan kepada Rektor untuk mendapatkan arahan / persetujuan.
Rektor memberi disposisi penugasan kepada unit / bidang terkait untuk proses tindak lanjut.

03. Disposisi Wakil Rektor
Wakil Rektor menindaklanjuti disposisi Rektor dengan memberikan instruksi kepada unit pengelola kerja sama.

04. Drafting dan Finalisasi MoU / PKS
Unit pengelola kerja sama menyusun draft dokumen MoU / PKS.
Revisi final disepakati kedua pihak sebagai final draft siap tanda tangan.

05. Proses Penandatanganan
Pelaksanaan penandatanganan dokumen kerja sama dilakukan sesuai kesepakatan (Seremonial / Desk to Desk
